I am the Founder of Alt-A, and for the past 25 years I’ve been helping Europe’s most ambitious companies find the leaders who drive their growth and transformation. I began my career at some of the world’s leading executive search firms — including Heidrick & Struggles, Boyden, and JCA Group — where I built a rigorous foundation in placing senior leaders and shaping boards. Over the last decade, I’ve honed my focus on the European tech and investor-backed ecosystem, working with Renovata and Erevena to partner with prestigious businesses, ambitious scale-ups, and tier-one investors. I’ve advised founders, CEOs, and boards on leadership across SaaS, marketplaces, ecommerce, and fintech. My track record spans C-suite and board roles — from CEOs to functional leaders (CMO, CRO, CTO, CPO, CFO, CHRO) — for companies backed by leading venture, growth equity, and private equity investors. Bilingual in English and French, I bring a cross-border mindset and a deep understanding of how leadership needs evolve at every stage of scale
